Wellness / Herb & Fruit
Heat 8 ounces of water to 212°F, or a rolling boil. Pour over one heaping teaspoon of tea.
With herbal tisanes (aka herbal infusions and decoctions), we leave the herbs steeping while we drink. We recommend steeping for at least 20 minutes before drinking to bring out the benefits of the herbs.
Herb and fruit teas/blends can also remain steeping, depending on taste.
